Place the fire base on level ground.
Fill the base with sticks, leaves, pine cones, etc.
Remove the cork from the Kelly Kettle (Never boil water with the cork in place.)
Fill the water chamber of the Kelly Kettle with water.
Place the Kelly Kettle on the Fire Base.
Light the fire through the holes in the base.
Add additional fuel as needed through the top of the chimney of the kettle.
When the water boils, use both hands to hold the handle at a 90 degree angle from the body of the kettle and lift the kettle clear of the fire base.
Use the handle and chain to carefully pour the hot water out of the kettle.
If more water is needed, refill the water chamber and replace the kettle back on the fire base.
When using the Cooking Set:
Place the pan support on top of the chimney - before you light the fire.
Pan support is aluminum, and can be stored flat inside the chimney for transport.
Place the pan on top of the support to warm additional water, soup, or other foods, while the kettle is boiling.
The cook set fits inside the base of the kettle for transport.
The cook set can be used with just the grill placed over the fire base to warm water or soup without using the kettle.
Cook set is stainless steel and includes 29 oz pot, pan or lid, 2 piece grill, and removeable handle.

Use the Kelly Kettle to boil water for hot drinks or soups, hydrating food, washing up or for personal hygiene.
Safety Warnings:
Never boil water with the cork in place. Always remove cork before placing kettle on the fire.
Never light the fire without water in the water chamber. Do not use just the cooking set on top of the chimney without water in the chamber.
Do not touch Kettle with bare hands. The outside of the kettle will be hot when in use.
Never hold the handle above the chimney of the kettle when fire is lit. Hold the handle at a 90 degree angle to move the kettle off the fire.
Keep children away from the burning fire.
Carefully extinguish fire when finished using the kettle.
